In network insurances:
United Healthcare, Aurora network, UMR, AETNA
Out of network insurance
If not in network, depending on your plan, you may be able to submit a Superbill (provided by Emerald Integrative Therapy) to your insurance company to petition for out-of-network reimbursement. This means all sessions are out-of-pocket or "self-pay." You can also use your HSA, HRA or FSA account for payment.
Please note, it is the client's responsibility to understand your specific plan with your insurance company prior to your first session for any needed clarification as payment for service is required at time of session.
